About Diane's Yoga Privates
Diane's Private Lessons are specifically tailored to the student's body and needs. Enjoy the benefits of a targeted yoga class focusing on breath, alignment, stress relief, stretching and strengthening.
Each Student will be evaluated then will receive hands on adjustments to help build a strong and safe practice. Each pose will be carefully chosen to help students develop a better understanding of yoga and how it can help them.
Diane welcomes questions and creates a fun, non intimidating and safe environment in which each student can explore poses for their personal growth.
Students of all walks of life are welcome and encouraged to experience the benefits of a private yoga lesson. Diane can help from weight loss, to stress and anxiety relief, and offers a mindful approach for injury rehab and pre-natal yoga.
