Due to the closure of studios in order to stop the spreading of COVID-19, I will be offering meditations and LIVE yoga classes to provide our community the dose of yoga that is so needed in times like these.

1. AUTHENTIC POSITIVITY MEDITATION.
This meditation is about practicing positivity authentically through Pratipaksha Bavanam. It is about acknowledging your negative feelings or thoughts, widening the lens of your focus to find its opposite and disarm it. Now, the positive feeling or thought becomes the subject of your focus to release the previous negative effects on your body, mind and life. 
2. MORNING MEDITATION.
Mornings are opportunities to plant seeds and set intentions for our day. While remaining flexible, we can plan our day to be more present, more mindful and open to the serendipity of life. This meditation will offer ways to set the right intentions for an enjoyable day. 

2. GRATITUDE MEDITATION.
Practicing gratitude will help you look at yourself and your life through a different perspective. This meditation will help you find joy in all areas of your life through the power of gratitude.
3. FIND YOUR DHARMA MEDITATION.
Dharma means "Universal Truth". Find your purpose and your truth by asking important  questions and connect with your deeper self. 
3. ABUNDANCE MEDITATION.
Practice abundance by understanding scarcity and the small limited self. With this meditation create space in your body, mind and heart and connect with the unlimited posibilities of your infinite self.
