COMING SOON

We have put together a one-of-a-kind program. You will deepen your self-awareness as a yogi and learn how to bring your practice alive into every experience. You will gain knowledge to teach deeply meaningful yoga from your own experiences, your own challenges, and your own strengths. You will find your footing as a grounded, skilled teacher who can connect with students to guide them safely through their own journey, both on and off the mat.

This YA-certified 200-hour training is rooted in a deep exploration of the physiology and anatomy of yoga at the intersection of Indian, Chinese, and Western traditions. In addition to the physical practice, we will explore the philosophy, psychology, and ethics of these traditions that enliven the student’s yogic journey. As you learn more about yourself in the process, you will also learn how to find your voice as a teacher, how to sequence a yoga class, and how to build your community and business as a new yoga teacher.

Together, we have more than 1500 hours of training, 16 years of teaching, and 35 years of practicing yoga. You are in good hands.

Please do not hesitate to reach out with any questions about the course (tentative summary syllabus is attached) or about payment plans. We're looking forward to journeying with you.
